Cindy Ann Neal, age 62 of Osgood, IN passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at her home . She was born December 9, 1950 in Abilene, Texas the daughter of H. Grady & Mary Frances Smith Weir. She married Scott Neal on June 4, 1993 & he still survives at home.
Cindy received her BA in nursing from WTAMU in Canyon, Texas. In her earlier nursing career, Cindy had worked different places in the US as a traveling nurse for Cross Country Agency. Most recently, she had worked for Manderley Health Care Center of Osgood.
