Emma married Wm Russell Griner November 24, 1932 in Osgood, IN . He preceded her in death November 15, 2004.

Owned and operated Griner's Clover Farm Grocery in Napoleon, IN from 1932-1959.
In the late 1950's to the middle 1960's Emma worked for Sear's in Columbus, IN
Had lived near Bradenton, FL from the middle 1960's to the middle 1970's where she and her husband had managed and operated Lake Seminole Campground along with managing a Shoe Store.
They later moved back to the Napoleon area in the late 1970's and by the middle 1980's they had built a greenhouse where they enjoyed raising and selling plants.
Emma had also enjoyed making quilts in her lifetime for family, friends and had also sold them to many people.
