Gene O. Brown Sr., age 75 of Greensburg, IN formerly of Osgood, IN passed away at his home on Friday, December 28, 2012. He was born February 8, 1937 in Marion County, Indiana to the parents of: Jesse O. & Marjorie C. Sanders Brown . He married Patricia Anna Wolford February 15, 1959 at Hansing Park Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN .

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Victoria Lynn Brown in 1968.
Gene had retired after working 30 years as a financial analyst for Cummins of Columbus, IN. Had been a member of the Osgood Christian Church; was a Masonic member of the Prospect Lodge No 714 F & AM of Indianapolis; had coached Little League Baseball in Osgood . He also was a 50 year member of the Moose Lodge where he had served as a past Governor of the Osgood Lodge; was a 35 year member of the Sons of The American Legion in Milan, IN & also a member of the Eagles Lodge of Greensburg. One of his favorite pastimes was working with wood.

Mr. Brown will be cremated with burial at a later date.
