Gladys Leona Forwalt age 73 of Osgood, Indiana was born April 6, 1941 in Millhousen, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Phillip and Audrey Leona Smith Powers Sr. . She married Edward John Forwalt on June 5, 1958 and he preceded her in death January 13, 2005. She had been an employee of Firestone Tire Plant in Marietta, GA and prior to this she had worked approximately 20 years at the US Shoe Plant in Osgood. Having raised six children, her family expressed that she had been an excellent cook! Gardening and working with her flowers were her favorite hobbies.
Gladys passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at the Kings Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana.

Burial: Mud Pike Cemetery, Osgood, Indiana.

Memorial: Donors choice or Mud Pike Cemetery.
