Harold "Bump' "Moose" Effing, age 71 of Osgood, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011 at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. He was born February 24, 1940 in Franklin County, IN to the parents of: John Henry & Loretta M. Schrank Effing. He married Mary Helen Kolter May 13, 1961 at St. Michael's Church in Brookville, IN .

He loved designing & working with metal which led into the starting of Double E Enterprize located in Osgood which his sons own & operate.

Harold also loved working on his "hobby farm" where he
was also an excellant landscaper and designer.
