Howard William Carr

Howard William Carr, age 61, of Osgood passed away on June 30, 2019 at his residence. Howard was born on March 1, 1958 the son of the late Oscar and Helen (Stansberry) in Rochester, IN.
Howard worked several years for Circle M Construction in Indianapolis as a concrete finisher. He had spent the past years in the Osgood community.
He is survived by daughters Crissy Patrick and Josie Carr of Osgood, grandchildren Whitley Gabbard, Mason Gabbard, Kenton Gabbard, Hayden Carr, and Heath Patrick, brothers Gary Cooper, John Carr, and Ronnie Carr, along with sisters Pam Gamble and Pat Lett.
A memorial service will be held on Monday July 8th at 5 pm. at Neal’s Funeral Home in Osgood, with doors opening at 4:00 pm. Memorials maybe given to the family in care of the funeral home.
