Jacob Lee Fullmer age 75 of Osgood, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2010 at his residence. He was born July 21, 1935 near Osgood, IN to the parents of Clarence & Theresa Hulda Rose Fullmer. He married Doris Ann Westerman February 24, 1962 at Elrod, IN .
