Jerry Joseph Zurline
January 28, 1939 — March 25, 2018
J erry J. Zurline age 79 entered this life on January 28, 1939 in Osgood, Indiana. He was the son of the late Joseph and Marie Kessens Zurline. He served us all by joining the United States Army on January 29, 1958. After that, he returned home to Osgood where he would live the rest of his life. Jerry was a very private person who enjoyed his farm and especially his hereford cattle! Other activities that he enjoyed included attending farm auctions, collecting baseball cards along with using his metal detector and looking for old coins.
On Sunday, March 25, 2018 Jerry passed away at Margaret Mary Health in Batesville, Indiana. Survivors include his sister, Rita Newhart of Osgood along with nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Zurline.
A visitation will be held at Neal's Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at which time the funeral service will begin. Burial will be at Millhousen Cemetery in Millhousen, Indiana. Graveside military services will be conducted by the Osgood American Legion.
