Kevin Fay Bishop

Kevin Fay Bishop, 74 died peacefully in his
Lakeland, Florida home on June 16, 2015. He
was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served
in the United States Navy as a Fireman on the
USS Forrestal-CVA 59.

Kevin was born March 1, 1941 In Indianapolis, Indiana.
to Fay Leslie Bishop and Katherine (Shipley) Faulkner.
He joined the Navy in 1958 and served until 1964
both active and reserve duty. He resided for many years in Osgood as the owner of Bishop’s Automotive before moving to Florida.

He is survived by his daughter Misty Judd (Graham),
Step-daughter Carrie Cahoon (Larry), Step-Son Aaron
Sher (Ann Mikeal), former wife Cheryl (Bishop) Borga,
5 granddaughters, 4 grandsons and several nieces and
nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and his
adoptive parents, Levi (Buster) Brown and Cornelius
(Aunt Nee) Brown of Westport, Kentucky. As well as
3 sisters and one grandson.

Services will be held at the Indiana Veterans Cemetery in Madison,
Indiana on June 16, 2018 at 10am. The service will be
held with full military honors and a flag escort provided
by the Patriot Guard Riders of SE Indiana.
