Lendall B. Terry age 86 of Osgood, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1924 in Osgood, IN to the parents of: Roy S. & Emma Jolly Terry.
Mr. Terry was a WW II Army Veteran. He was also a passed member of the Osgood AM Legion. He had graduated from Indiana University in the school of law. From 1953 - 1972 Mr. Terry worked for the Internal Revenue Service. He served as the Ripley County Judge from 1973 - 1978.

Survivors:
Daughter, Linda & husband John Wagner of Osgood.
Grandchildren: 4
Great Grandchildren: 2

Memorials may be made to the Jac-Cen-Del Scholarship Foundation in care of the funeral home.

There will be private family services.
