Michael Patrick Mccain

Michael Patrick McCain, age 46 Osgood passed away on March 9, 2024.  He was born on June 23, 1977, the son of Linda L Kain and Thomas W McCain of Versailles Indiana.

Michael attended South Ripley Schools in Versailles Indiana, and was a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Michael was a hard worker, previously working at UPS, and then for many years at Argosy Casino, staying on after it became Hollywood Casino. He made many friends at the casino over the years that shared the same interests. Prior to his death, he was employed at Jay C in Milan, Indiana. Michael loved dogs and adopted several from shelters over the years.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Thomas, brother, James and all 4 Grandparents. Survivors include his mother, Linda, 3 sisters, Kathleen Stouffer of Bellingham, WA, Debora Mullins of Madison, IN, and Jennifer (Tracy) Boggs of Brookville, IN, 2 brothers, Thomas McCain of Pigeon Forge, TN, and William McCain of Versailles, IN, 19 nieces and nephews, and 20 great-nieces and nephews, and several cousins.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, and a celebration of life at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials can be given to the Ripley County Humane Society.  Online condolences may be placed at Nealsfuneralhome.net
