Omer Sylvanus Palmer age 96 of Osgood passed away Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Margaret Mary Community Hospital, Batesville, IN . He was born January 5, 1914 to the parents of Wm & Anna Mae Gloyd Palmer. He married Violet Lucille Talbott June 28, 1935 and she preceded him in death February 23, 1993. He then married Gladys Bertha Webster Steele and she also preceded him in death.

He was preceded in death by 3 brothers; Nelson, Robert and Claude Palmer. Also, 2 sisters preceded him in death, Gladys and Claudessa Palmer.
