Phyllis Joan Blackwell

Phyllis was born in Whitley County,IN to the parents of Henry & Elizabeth Hartmann Dreyer. She had worked for the Federal Government in Orlando, FL as an office manger. She had also worked for Nielson Rating Services in Clearwater, FL. She was a member of Adams Lutheran Church .Three sisters preceded her in death: Lura E. Powlen, Edna A. & Dorothy H. Dreyer. Her nephew Pastor Bill Powlen of the Adams Lutheran Church survives at Batesville, IN. Services will be in one day, Saturday, September 6, 2008 all at Adams Lutheran Church. Viewing will be from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Funeral will be at 2:00 pm . Burial will be the church cemetery.Memorials may go to the Adams Lutheran Church Memorial Fund c/o the funeral home.
