Randall Parks age 69, of Osgood died Sunday, April 5, 2009 at University Hospital at Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born April 16, 1939 at Litt Carr, Kentucky to the parents of Riley & Ora Hylton Parks. Both deceased.
He married Patricia Morton on November 12, 1960 and she still survives at home.

Son: Jeffery Randall Parks of Moor Park, California.
Daughter; Penny Lastar Parks of South Gate, Michigan.
Brothers: Wayne Mullins of Carr, KY and Bill Mullins of Amburgey, KY.
Sisters: Jean Cook of Osgood, IN and Josephine Mullins of Whitesburg, KY.
Grandchildren: 2: Mia & Cameron.
Preceded in death by: Daughter, Natasha Parks.
2 brothers:Ronald & Albert Mullins & 1 sister: Maxine Franklin.
MEMBERSHIPS:
He had been a Diesel Mechanic for Ryder Trucking Company in Detroit, MI .
Was a member of Big Creek Old Rugged Baptist Church.
Past Kiwanis member.
