Ruth Ann Ralston, age 74 of Indianapolis, Indiana entered this life on June 29, 1940 in Madison, Indiana. She was the loving daughter of the late Lawrence Hugh & Josephine Talbot Hankins. Ruth Ann's children expressed that their mother was a very nonjudgmental & loving person, who always put her children, grandchildren and other people before herself. She loved to visit with her family and friends, cook, and garden. She grew up in Canaan, Indiana, graduated from Central High School, and lived in Greensburg, Versailles, Cross Plains, Lawrenceburg, and most recently in Indianapolis. Ruth Ann continued to be a very proud woman who always took care of her appearance & as her children stated, she always made sure she had her lipstick on! On Monday, May 25, 2015 with family by her side, she passed away at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She will be so sadly missed by her children, grandchildren & friends. She is survived by daughters, Vicki (Carl) Stewart, Dana (Steve) Conway, and sons Todd Ralston, Jock (Amy) Ralston; 7 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
