Ruth "Jerry" Geraldine (Lewis) Wimberg

Ruth “Jerry” Geraldine Wimberg age 96 of Osgood passed away at her home on May 6, 2022. She was born in Bristow, Oklahoma on October 24, 1925 the daughter of the late Virgil and Minnie (Robertson) Lewis.
She married William Wimberg on September 29, 1945 in Evansville, Indiana. Ruth worked for Westinhouse and Republic Aviation in Evansville. At home she enjoyed painting crafts and especially finishing the woodworking projects of her husbands. She had been a long time member of Osgood United Methodist Church.
Ruth is survived by sons Bradley of Humble, Texas and Robert Wimberg of Osgood, daughter Barbara (Kurt) Dobbertin of Peotone, Illinois, along with 3 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
