Walter Bine "Doc" Kemker, age 80 of Osgood, IN passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 at Manderley Health Care Center, Osgood, Indiana. He was born September 16, 1931 in Ripley County, Indiana to the parents of: Charles and Thersa Beech Kemker. He married Shirley White June 5, 1954 at the Osgood First Baptist Church.
"Doc" had been a highline construction worker for the Union out of Indianapolis, IN . He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electric Workers. He attended Solid Rock Christian Fellowship Church of Napoleon, Indiana.
